ROCKFORD, Nov 17 – The Rockford Register Star 
reported MercyRockford Health System received approval from the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board to build the 188-bed hospital on the 263 acres at the I-90 Riverside exit. Construction is slated to start early in 2016.
