Our modern 36,000 square foot plant which is located in Machesney Park, IL is equipped and tooled with equipment to produce low to high volume precision machined parts. We work one-on-one with customers from prototype development into the production of precision machined parts. We service a broad base of commercial and industrial manufacturers, with parts made from high temperature alloys, stainless, aluminum, copper, bronze, cabon alloy steel, Haynes, Stellite and other exotic materials. A strong working relationship with our customers has brought us many challenges and successes, affording us the opportunity to invest in the latest CNC and inspection equipment, an investment that broadens the core base of parts we manufacture and keeps us on top of our game. Our CNC lathes have turning capabilities range from ¼” diameter up to 36” in diameter, and down to boring a .013” hole size. Complete operations including CNC turning, CNC drilling and tapping, CNC milling, grinding, and assembly. Many of our CNC lathes are equipped with live tooling and bar feeders.
