Shank Manufacturing is a 100 year old small veteran-owned manufacturing business. Shank began its history of precision machining in 1912, while located in downtown Chicago, IL. Shank Manufacturing is a precision manufacturer for clients primarily in the aerospace, defense, and hydraulic industries. Shank Manufacturing is an ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 certified organization. Capabilities of Shank include 7 to 9 axis CNC machining of highly complex parts, 4 and 5 axis milling, tapping, turning, etc. Shank has strong experience with Stainless steels, Aircraft Aluminums, Titanium, Magnesium, Inconel, Monel, etc. Shank Manufacturing’s expertise allows for us to respond to organizations that require extremely tight tolerances for large or small orders, while focusing on quality.
