REPAIRS
Magna-Lock USA technicians can repair and rebuild virtually any brand or size of electromagnetic chuck manufactured. By repairing and rebuilding, we can bring your existing chuck to “like new” condition for a fraction of the cost of a new chuck. All Magna-Lock USA rebuilds receive our industry leading two-year warranty and interior waterproofing. Our engineering records date back to 1948 including serial number logs. By preserving these engineering records and using them as research we are capable of reproducing or retro-fitting older models for use in today’s manufacturing world.
Field Services
On-site field services are available for our customers for emergency repairs, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Please contact our sales team to inquire more about field service rates, charges and specifications.
CUSTOM DESIGN
our engineering department has the capabilities of servicing our customers who need custom designed workholding solutions. We have been successful in designing custom electromagnetic chucks, vacuum chucks with unique vacuum systems, parallels, and permanent chucks to suit our customer’s distinctive needs. We work closely with each of our customers to produce approval drawings before beginning and as the project progresses, we are in constant contact with them. We welcome testing on the design at our facilities with sample parts supplied by the customer. Confidentiality is a major concern for many of customer’s requesting our services. We respect these concerns and aim to work with each customer on a protected level maintaining their privacy at all times.
