We specialize in close tolerance turning of Small to Medium Size parts in a wide variety Of materials. We can bar feed materials up to 3\” in Diameter and 12\’ in length. Our manual turning capacity exceeds 24\” in diameter, 10 feet in length and in most case we can handle the Heat Treat and Grinding in house allowing a very quick turn around.
Our Machining area is second to none with CNC Machining Centers utilizing CAD/CAM programming With capacities for parts up to 100 x 120\” in size. Our wide range of Manual Mills and CNC Vertical Mills allow us to quickly respond to our customers needs.
Our secondary equipment includes, Grinding, Gun Drilling, in House Heat Treat, Sand Blasting And Tumbling. We support many of our customers with Stocking programs, building kits or parts For stock shipping them in on an as needed basis.
