The new distribution and warehouse space, located at I-90 and Riverside Blvd. results in an estimated $20M initial investment and 319,000 sqft of new space by Siffron in our region.
The development by project developer, Becknell Industrial is one more business locating in The Business Park at Spring Creek Lakes. This is also the same development that is home to the newest location of Costco.
