Ground Breaking at Siffron in Loves Park IL

Breaking Ground

Our region has another reason to celebrate! Siffron broke ground on its new facility in Loves Park.

The new distribution and warehouse space, located at I-90 and Riverside Blvd. results in an estimated $20M initial investment and 319,000 sqft of new space by Siffron in our region.

The development by project developer, Becknell Industrial is one more business locating in The Business Park at Spring Creek Lakes. This is also the same development that is home to the newest location of Costco.

The Rock River is at the Heart of New Development

City of Rockford places the Rockford Watch Company factory building on the market to a developer with a vision, resources, and capacity to renovate the property. The building is located in the heart of the resurgent downtown and steps away from the UW Health Sports Factory, which attracts thousands of families each year.
