Doug Jensen, EdD, will present the benefits of critical core manufacturing skills and how these skills can benefit your company.
This is part of the efforts to identify and eliminate the “middle skills” gap outlined in the Northern Illinois Coordinated Workforce Report released earlier this year funded by RAEDC’s Emerging Opportunities Fund.
Middle skills jobs are those that require more than a high school diploma but less than a bachelor’s degree. These jobs are economic drivers for our region and will be critical to increasing the economic well-being of our region in the future.
Register today to learn why your company needs to be involved in the critical core manufacturing skills conversation.
