RAEDC has selected Next Move Group to help develop the next iteration of the organization’s strategic plan. The Vision-Now research focuses on what is the most important to our community. The result will be a strategic plan with recommendations for metrics and actions to implement in the short and medium term.
The Next Move Group will visit the area on November 10th for a community familiarization tour and in-person interviews. Following the trip, they will conduct additional interviews through Zoom and questionnaires.

The Next Move Group’s mission is to create economic growth in small to mid-sized communities by supporting economic developers who are working hard to help those communities every day.
