About Dr Mull

Dr. Mandolen Mull is the Chair of the Puri School of Business, Director of the Degree Completion Program, and an Assistant Professor of Leadership at Rockford University. With a Ph.D. in organizational development and change, and an MBA in international business, Dr. Mull previously was a faculty member at Tarleton State University and the McLane School of Business at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she taught courses in business management, statistics, and international business. Prior to joining the realm of academia, Dr. Mull accrued over a decade of corporate leadership experience in the fields of healthcare, property preservation, and logistical distribution. Possessing an extensive background in leadership performance, Dr. Mull consults with organizations across the globe, providing analysis and interventions targeted to improve organizational performance outcomes. Dr. Mull also conducts scholarly research pertaining to leadership intentions, change management, and statistical analyses.
