Federal/State Leaders to Recognize Most Recent Accomplishments, Economic Development, and Building Projects at RFD


What: Officials with the Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD) and additional local, state and federal elected leaders will celebrate the airport’s current projects and recent recognition as the fastest-growing cargo airport in the world. 

When: Monday, October 7 beginning at 2:00 p.m. 

Where: Airport Administration Office Auditorium, 60 Airport Drive, Rockford 

Details: Representatives from RFD will be joined by Senator Dick Durbin, Governor J.B. Pritzker, Congresswoman Cheri Bustos, Congressman Adam Kinzinger and Rockford Mayor Tom McNamara. All will be available for interviews.
