August President’s Newsletter: Our 20/20 vision

ROCKFORD, Sept. 2 — The Rockford Area Economic Development Council has released the August President’s Newsletter to share important numbers/trends, regional project updates, RAEDC news and positive headlines you might have missed.

Looking ahead, September beings a new era for the Rockford Area Economic Development Council — the beginning of Rockforward20/20, our new five-year strategic plan. More than 150 stakeholders shared vital feedback Aug. 26 on the RAEDC’s draft mission, vision and strategies.

Looking back, August was a significant month of continued momentum, with announcements on the NIU-RVC engineering partnership and MercyRockford’s $400 million, two-campus project.
