ROCKFORD, Jan. 19 — You can access the community’s “best-kept secret” and learn what a CEDS is (and what it means to you!) in the January newsletter from the Rockford Region Economic Development District (RREDD). RREDD is a nonprofit agency whose primary role is to do economic development planning, which includes planning for job creation and growing community wealth. The newsletter highlights available grants through Grant Track and explains services offered by RREDD, including assistance with grant writing, research and property searches.
