(Nasdaq:WWD) announced Dec. 10 that it signed an agreement with Boeing Commercial Airplanes to supply the TRAS (Thrust Reverser Actuation System) for its new 777X airplane. Woodward is an independent designer, manufacturer and service provider of control system solutions and components for the aerospace and energy markets. In 2012, Woodward announced it would build a second Loves Park campus, projected to double its workforce of 1,400 in the Rockford Region within 10 years. |
