ROCKFORD — Transform Rockford entered a new phase of community engagement by naming segment leads Saturday. The Rockford Register Star reported that Transform Executive Director Mike Schablaske named a group of 15 people who, in the coming months, will narrow in on the city’s core issues by building a network of community experts to weigh in on what aspects of Rockford life need to change.
