Northern Illinois Building Contractors Association 2015 Scholarships

Northern Illinois Building Contractors Association is currently accepting applications for scholarships for the 2015 academic year. Local college sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are pursuing a degree in a construction-related field and are planning to work in the Rockford, IL area are eligible to apply.
