Once known as Ron Weber and Associates the call center has been a magnet for several large fortune 500, 300, and 100 companies looking to outsource their call center needs.
ServiCom’s newest contract with internet radio mogul, SIRIUS XM, is allowing the company to once again expand its line of business. This is great news for a community that has been plagued with lay-offs and closures. Although many people may not have call center experience, other customer service or sales experience can provide valuable skills that translate well to a potential call center agent. ServiCom is dedicated to training the right individuals into becoming exceptional phone agents on the program they are hired into. Having this type of dedication, along with a welcoming, fun, and rewarding environment sets ServiCom apart from other call centers and awards us the ability to have long term commitment from our staff, many have been a part of our family for over 10-15 years.
