Rockford ID Shop is a complete one stop shop, including procurement of materials, process development, machining, subcontracting of special processes, inventory management, customized packaging, cleaning, and delivery. Internal processes include turning on chucker and bar feed CNC lathes, milling on CNC vertical machining centers, limited surface and OD grinding, limited honing.
Processing knowledge that can minimize total cost by identifying efficient trade off between operations for creation and finishing of various features. Tooling and fixture design capabilities that will allow cost effective manufacturing, burr free machining, for quantities ranging from 1 piece to 100,000 pieces.
